Under Law 5100/2024 (effective September 2024), Crete requires a minimum€800,000 investment in a single residential property with at least 120 sq. m. of living space. CLOSING COSTS

In Greece, the initial offer does not include a deposit. Once an offer is accepted, the attorney prepares the Preliminary Agreement, which serves as the binding purchase agreement and acknowledgment of the earnest deposit.
