Alicia specializes in the purchase and sale of property in the Boston Metro West area. Before finding her love of all things real estate, she attended Roger Williams University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with degrees in dance and marketing. After a successful dance teaching career, she proudly took time off to raise her three wonderful children. It was during that time that she began to help manage her husband’s successful plumbing company, along with some rental/vacation properties. A decade later, she decided it was time to combine her passion for learning, experience in real estate rental management, marketing skills, and her love for space and design to launch her next career.
Shortly after getting her Realtor license, she earned the prestigious title of Rookie of the Year, as the top-selling first-year agent with the C21 Commonwealth Franchise. After a few successful years with the C21C, she joined C21 North East so she could continue to focus her work in her hometown of Waltham, MA. Born and raised there, her knowledge of the city, along with its neighboring communities, is both professional and personal. As her career progressed, she has also developed a niche selling lakeside vacation homes in Westford, MA.
She has been the recipient of the C21 Masters Diamond, Masters Emerald, and Masters Ruby designations for top sales. She has also earned the C21 Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award, of which she is most proud. Her business thrives by working with both buyers and sellers, and she gets true joy in helping people with this extremely important and often life-changing process.
Alicia’s clients appreciate her market knowledge, attention to detail, and her strong communication and negotiation skills. Her top priority is to put her client’s ‘needs and wants’ above all else. Knowing that every transaction is unique, she will listen, work with each client as an individual, and make them her number one priority throughout the entire transaction.
